Here’s what you can expect from our 5-week Youth Flag Football program:

• Team Registration Now Open: Spots are open for our youth flag football league for ages 6-13. Since this league is built for all levels with no tryouts or drafts, everyone plays and every child has the chance to shine.
• Inclusive & Fun Schedule: Our 5-week league kicks off with exciting opening day festivities and ultimately wraps up with thrilling playoffs. Because each child plays in every game, no one sits on the sidelines.
• Organized Play for All: Teams are formed by age group — Pee Wee for ages 6-8, Junior for ages 9-10 and Senior for ages 11+. As a result, every match is fair and balanced with personalized coaching in 5v5 or 6v6 formats.
• Convenient Practice Times: Practices are scheduled just before each game. Therefore participation stays easy for families while learning time remains fun and focused for players.
• What’s Included: Registration includes an official reversible flag football jersey and a flag belt. In addition, we provide guidelines on any additional required gear.

Age Groups and Practice Details

• Pee Wee (Ages 6-8): Perfect for beginners, this group uses a 5v5 format with 30 minutes of practice time.
• Junior (Ages 9-10): Developing athletes enjoy a 45-minute practice to build their skills. Afterward they jump right into 5v5 games.
• Senior (Ages 11+): Experienced players take on more advanced play with a 5v5 or 6v6 format. Moreover they benefit from 60 full minutes of practice time.

Equipment Requirements

Every player receives the following:

• Official Reversible Flag Football Jersey: Included with registration.
• Flag Belt: Provided for all participants.

Additional equipment guidelines:

• Footwear: Rubber cleats or sneakers are recommended. However metal spikes are not allowed.
• Clothing: Players may wear black shorts or sweatpants. Note that pockets and belt loops are not permitted.
• Mouthguards: Required during all play for safety.
